Jak & Fox is an inclusive, minority owned brand founded on our shared passion to infuse beauty, joy and bling into our world, while saving animals. It is our belief fashion is genderless and if you love it, wear it. We hope by bringing a bit of beauty into the world we can unite people with a shared love for making gorgeous things. Jak & Fox began as a story about two rescue dogs who find safety a

nd comfort in their NYC forever home where they make gorgeous things. Our rescue dogs, Jak and Fox, have always been an essential part of the company and accompany us on Trunk Shows and Pop-Ups across the country. Not only are they extremely adorable, but they help remind us why it’s so important to help local animal rescue shelters. Jak & Fox is a socially conscious brand that not only believes shopping should be enjoyable, but it can help us create change in the world. That is why during the start of the pandemic we also created discounted gift boxes to help our friends in quarantine send out messages of love. We decided to work with A Million Masks, who began distributing PPE during the height of the outbreak in NYC, and donate proceeds to their organization.

Waffles came to us and said "adopt me!" 🤪 ⠀

snuggly Waffles is truly lovely. ❤️ ⠀

Waffles is really the most fun pup to have around -- she is full of puppy energy, loves to play, eager to please (especially for treats), and incredibly smart to boot. Waffles walks like a dream on leash and isn't afraid of the city streets at all. We think she will be around 50-60 pounds when full grown. ⠀

(near) PHOENIX, AZ: Roscoe is looking for a big break for his (potentially) last year of life. He's a delightful soul who deserves the love of a forever home. Roscoe was diagnosed with kidney failure and, although we can't say for certain how much time he has left, his time on earth will likely be shorter than it should be. Roscoe has some good people at his shelter who have taken him this far, and now he needs one final person to help him cross the finish line with dignity and love. PLEASE SHARE! 🏥

wrote, "Roscoe is an old man who came to our organization from a shelter in Texas. He had been there 10 months. He was previously living in a hoarding house situation since he was a puppy with his person, who went into a nursing home. Roscoe was transported to us in January of this year.

Roscoe is, quite simply, the best boy! He's a very easy going guy who loves to snooze on his bed most of the day. He's also very treat motivated! Treat time and chow times are his favorite parts of the day. He's very passionate about chow time and will let us know how excited he is, while we are making his bowl, by giving us his adorable hound dog bark until we give him his food. He also loves nice leisurely walks or 'sniffaris' as we call them. He doesn't break any land speed records on these walks but he does make sure to smell every inch of anything that catches his snout's interest. When he gets going, at a good pace, his ears fly out like the most charming little Dumbo you ever did see.

He would do best with older children and we have no doubt that he could coexist peacefully with cats. And there is not a single dog he doesn't get along with at camp.

Roscoe is, roughly, 10 years old, 40 pounds and a lowrider mix. Roscoe is in kidney failure and does require a home that understands he is a hospice dog and that they are there to help him to the end. We believe Roscoe could have a good year left in him.

"Meet Baby Midnight - or at least - how imagined our sweet senior girl to have looked in her puppy days. Our Midi doesn’t look like this anymore, her eyes are a little more cloudy, her muzzle a little more white. But while she no longer looks like the puppy in this photo, she is still the same sweet girl on the inside who loves to snuggle, play and love every human she meets!

Last year at the age of 8, Midi got sick and found herself at . We promised her in October when we placed her in foster with us that one day she would be healthy and strong enough to play again. That she would beat heartworm, and we’d figure out the whole diabetes thing. We promised her she wouldn’t be alone ever again, and a forever family would come. No matter how long it would take, we promised we’d find a person who sees Midi for the life she’s lived, and love her for it. So far we have fulfilled every other promise, but we need a kind adopter to help fulfill the last.

We hope this photo and Midnight’s story helps someone fall in love with the puppy we see inside. Midnight is heartworm free, and living life without letting diabetes slow her down. She is more than ready to find her forever family who she can spend her final years snuggling and making them laugh with her wiggles and playful puppy attitude. 💙" -- Midnight's foster &

Meet Beth, a true southern belle!

Staying true to her southern roots, Beth is most comfortable at a quiet home away from the hustle and bustle of city life. Everyday Beth continues to gain more confidence and we couldn’t be more proud. This sunbathing beauty would love a home with a backyard so that she can explore the sights and sounds of the outdoors as she soaks up the sun.

Beth is the perfect work-from-home companion. She will happily keep herself entertained with bones, and her favorite toys while she waits for you to be done with work. Beth’s only request is to make sure she receives a lot of belly rubs once the work day is over!

Beth is 1.5 years old and is fully grown at 48 lbs. She is up to date on all age appropriate medical care and microchipped. Her breed is unknown as we have not had a DNA test done.

ATLANTA, GA: After his owner's health declined and they could no longer care for him, Shadow arrived at the shelter in September. He weighed 80 pounds. Sadly, due to the stress of living in the shelter environment he lost a whopping 17 pounds. On top of that, Shadow thumped his tail so hard against walls or other hard objects that it resulted in repeated injury (likely due to the stress as well), and the shelter was forced to amputate it. It's been a hard year for Shadow and he desperately needs a forever home! PLEASE SHARE! ❤️‍🩹

Shadow's foster writes, "Shadow is 10 years old and weighs 63 lbs (but he should weigh more). Shadow lived in a home for 10 years. His owner's health was declining and could no longer care for him, and chose to surrender him. We started fostering him on 4/20/22 - it was only supposed to be for four days, to give him a break because of the stress that caused his ‘happy tail,’ but he was such a well mannered boy and he just got his tail amputated so we decided to keep him longer and help find him a forever home.

Shadow is just a gentleman who is happy with head rubs, couch time snuggles and a good walk. He is happiest when in a car getting some air on his snout. Don't let his older age fool you, this dog has plenty of energy to go for a walk or even a jog. He's also housebroken, quiet, non-destructive, no separation anxiety...truly an easy dog who would be forever grateful to have someone to love him forever.

Shadow is mildly interested in dogs and has no reactivity on walks. He tends to sniff and then do his own thing. He would be fine co-existing with another dog, but would likely keep to himself.

Shadow is up to date on shots and heartworm negative.

Lifeline at Dekalb County Animal Services will adopt out of state, but the adopter needs to arrange transport. As the foster parents we would be willing to help with transporting him (within a few hours of , GA)."
