⤵️ Claims During Live Sessions
1️⃣ To claim an item, please comment the price and color of the item you wish to purchase.
2️⃣ All claimed items are final. No exchanges or cancellations.
3️⃣ You are responsible for sending screenshots of your claims (with pricing) via WhatsApp at 631-974-7460 during or after the live session to confirm your order.
4️⃣ First-time customers: Payment is due immediately, or the item will be released back to the market.
5️⃣ Repeat customers: Payment is due within 48 hours, or the item will be released back to the market.
If you request a hold, partial or full payment is required to secure your items.
6️⃣ Package holding policy:
We do not hold packages for more than 2 weeks. Please plan your purchases accordingly and shop within your budget.
7️⃣ Partial payments / Payment plans:
• Payment plans are only allowed if your total box value is $200 or more.
• You must notify us in advance of when each payment will be made.
• Partial payments must be made in reasonable amounts (no small chunks).
Example: If your total is $200, please make a $100 payment rather than multiple small payments.
• For payment plans, we will provide separate account details — do not use our regular payment methods unless instructed.

• USA & Canada only
• USA shipping: $8–$10 (depending on box size)
• Small jewelry box: Flat $7
• Clothing: depending on the size, weight of the box and location
• Canada shipping: Starts at $20, depending on weight
9️⃣ Orders are shipped within 2–3 business days after payment is received.
🔟 Tracking will be provided. Please track your package until delivery. We are not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier.

📦 Return Policy 📦
1️⃣ All items are thoroughly checked before shipping. An unboxing video is required for any claims. Without a video, no issues will be entertained.
2️⃣ Items must be inspected immediately upon arrival. If there is breakage and it is fixable, we will repair it and ship it back.
3️⃣ No exchanges or claims without a complete unboxing video. All claims must be submitted on the same day the package is delivered.
4️⃣ If an item is received in good condition and later gets damaged, we are not responsible.
5️⃣ For kara or ring sizing, it is the customer’s responsibility to confirm sizing before shipment.
🚫 Please do not ask for discounts after claiming and finalizing your order. Prices are already reasonable. 🚫
