We dispatch all items via a secure, trackable and signed for delivery service including full insurance for your item. You will receive a shipping notification after your payment and processing time with your tracking number. We aim to ship your item as soon as possible, usually within 5-7 days. Please allow up to 4-6 weeks to receive the item. International shipping, depending on the final location, can be as quick as 1-2 weeks. We send all items in a jewelry gift box. Occasionally, we have the original box the item came in, a designer box to match the item or a one-of-a-kind antique box. If the item comes in one of these boxes it will be stated in the product description. If we do not have the original box, we will use a plain jewelry/watch box. Certificates
We will explicitly state of the product listing is the item comes with supporting paperwork or certificates. If there is no mention of paperwork, then please assume we do not have any paperwork or certificates. We guarantee all items are authentic and genuine, and if for any reason you are unsatisfied, we have a 100% return policy. Condition
Since most of our items are pre-owned (unless marked 'New'), there may be a few slight scratches or signs of wear. However, we will NOT list any items which are broken or obviously damaged. On each item we list, we will use one of the following to represent our honest opinion on the condition of the item: Excellent, Very Good, Good, or Moderate. We do not sell anything below moderate condition. Returns Policy
If you decide that you would like to return an item, you MUST contact us first. If, after contacting us and our team is unable to clarify your concerns or we're unable to find a solution to the problem, and you are still unsatisfied with any of our products, we offer a 100% return policy. Items must be returned at your cost via a secure and insured service. Do not send the through normal post as we cannot be responsible for lost items. We recommend all returned items be sent via a globally known companies (DHL, UPS, FedEx etc.). In the case of an error on our behalf, we will cover the cost of return shipping. We are not responsible for any items that do not reach us. It is the responsibility of the customer to label the returned package correctly as "returned goods", so as to avoid any needless customs charges. If there are any charges incurred for returned items, that are out of our control, such as import duties, then these will be deducted from the refund amount.
