The diamonds don’t stop around the center stone — the side accents carry the halo into the shank. It’s a small design decision that gives the ring a much stronger presence on the hand.

💙 At 20.52 carats, this untreated Ceylon sapphire cannot be fully understood from a photograph. Its scale, transparency, and intense blue change with the light, while the broad steps of the emerald cut return wide flashes of color rather than constant sparkle.

The setting remains deliberately restrained: two straight baguette diamonds totaling 1.00 carat and Platinum 950, with nothing competing against the sapphire.

Our collection runs from pale icy blue and soft denim to cornflower, royal, and deep midnight tones. The same origin can produce very different colors, while stones from different countries can look remarkably alike.

We have been matching people with sapphires since 1939, and we never judge a stone by its passport alone. We look at hue, tone, saturation, cut, clarity, treatment, and how it behaves in different light.

The cushion cut gives it a full, softly squared shape, and that blue can take the ring in almost any direction. Keep it clean in a solitaire, add side diamonds, go warm with yellow gold or cool with platinum.
