Meet Antoine Preziuso

For three exciting and fulfilling decades, Antoine Preziuso has been forging an intensely personal and groundbreaking path in the watchmaking world. Drawing upon a proud heritage of fine craftsmanship while refusing the constraints of convention, his creations combine Latin artistry and design flair with skilled Swiss workmanship, inspired by his native Geneva.

Meet David Candaux

David Candaux trained as a restorer, engineer, designer, and constructor, learning from master craftsmen and prestigious maisons. For over 20 years, he deepened his expertise while also pursuing evening studies in mechanical engineering. In 2017, he founded his eponymous brand, determined to create timepieces entirely conceived, constructed, and hand-finished in-house. Few independent watchmakers today master every stage of the process as he does.

Meet Jens Schneider

Jens Schneider is a German watchmaker and technical innovator whose career includes significant contributions to the development of A. Lange & Söhne’s ZEITWERK and technical leadership at Moritz Grossmann. Today, as Head of Development at Lang & Heyne, he brings together mechanical ingenuity, precision engineering, and refined design.

The blue coating over the meteorite dial of the BOVET 19Thirty is the first-time blue has been used like this, with a blue-colored PVD treatment the pattern of the meteorite is clearly visible.

Gibeon meteorite was first discovered in 1836 in the deserts of Namibia, Africa near the village of Gibeon and is thought to have landed there over 40 million years ago.
This special 19Thirty features a 42mm brushed titanium case and has 7 days of power reserve from a single barrel. The manufacture movement is finished just like BOVET’s high complications and can be admired through the exhibition back.

The iconic UR-100V ‘LightSpeed’ returns in Ceramic

With this model URWERK proposes a reading of time that goes beyond earthly reference points. Here, mechanics do more than measure minutes, instead giving shape to a fundamental, universal phenomenon: the propagation of light through space.

Material innovation reinforces this narrative. The case represents URWERK’s most advanced exploration of composite engineering to date. As Felix Baumgartner explains: “The extreme hardness of traditional ceramics is also their weakness due to their inherently brittle nature. When sintered at high temperatures, they can shatter under violent impacts. We wanted to move beyond that limitation, so we developed our own material. Thanks to the glass fibres and carbon it contains, our all-new ceramic composite does not break.” This polymer matrix integrating finely woven ceramic fibres alternating with layers of glass fibre and carbon uses technologies derived from aeronautics and medical laser-guided processes. The result combines the visual precision and durability of ceramic with a significantly enhanced resistance to shock: a material that is engineered, rather than decorated.

Two 44mm titanium creations where mechanical innovation meets rare decorative arts: from a hand-crafted maille guilloché-flinqué disc to a sunray pattern coated in 17th-century enamel.
