These men will make from $3,000 up to $8,000 a month is wages and we furnish all of the living quarters, food and liquids, travel, both by ground and by air if they are working at one of our overseas sites such as Ghana or Mali both in West Africa. We will train them is the science of our Plasma extraction system which will also involve training on other types of mining equipment such as shaker tables, gigs, crushers, and pulverizers and our latest technology addition of the Flotation system for recovering Silver and other PGM's. We train in the use of our Magnetic Separation technology and how to run our recovery tables used in the PES system. Since we are a mining organization these men can learn heavy equipment operation and we have all of the big Yellow equipment for them to learn on. What is the formula for contributors to the PVMC to be compensated for their donations. The PVMC has a membership base of 100% to work with. If we look at what we will need to start this PVMC out properly we know that it will take a lot of Money, so we have set the membership base as $1.00 so this means the PVMC can receive $10,000,000 before it has used up this 100%. The membership is divided into 4 levels. These will all be Associate Membership Level.
1. A contribution of $5,000 to $500,000 shall receive a factor of 0.00000001.
2. A contribution of $501,000 to $1,500,000 shall receive a factor of 0.00000002.
3. A contribution of $1,501,000 to $3,000,000 shall receive a factor of 0.00000003.
4. A contribution of $4,000,000 plus will receive a factor of 0.00000004. All of these membership levels will remain the same until a time period of 36 months has passed. Each $1.00 (One US Dollar) will be worth .0000001% at the first level. Let me use an Example: An excavator is valued at $50,000.00. It is given to the NON-PROFIT in exchange for a $50,000.00 tax deductible donation. This also will give a membership and a percentage of the recovered gold each month to this member. That percentage is equal to 0.0005%; this will return the owner of the membership 0.0005% times the net revenue of the NON-PROFIT, our projections indicate that we will gross over $1,250,000 per month. Our Net,Net,Net, will be just above $900,000 per month so as an example $900,000/Mon. EX. 900,000 x 0.0005=$450.00 per month, so at this rate the donation would be paid back in $50,000/$450.00 = 111 months. The PVMC will notify each Contributor of his portion of the gold. The PVMC will keep records of the gold recovered and the amount of expenses associated with the operation on a day to day basis. By the 10th of each month the CFO will issue a statement of closing for the month in which it will tell the net gold value recovered and in this statement will be each Contributors portion of the gold for that month. Each Contributor must inform the PVMC of how it wants its portion of the gold to be deposited and where. If the Contributor wants its gold held with the PVMC then it must state so. If it wants it shipped to a particular refinery then it must give the shipping instructions to the CFO of the PVMC and the expense of shipping the gold will be deducted from the Value of the Gold to be shipped. If the Contributor wishes to have his gold shipped to him at his personal address, then he must tell The CFO and the cost of shipping the raw gold to him will be deducted from the Value of the Gold to be shipped. Tax Deductible Receipt. The Donation that has been received by PVMC is $_____. This donation was in the form of _______. With the signature of the Managing Member this donation is accepted into the PVMC and as such will become a tax deductible event for the owner of the donation and this receipt.
