What: A thorough education on what to expect during labor and birth, helping you form an idea for how you’ll manage the experience, along with hands-on practice using tools and techniques. (This applies to both home and hospital birth options). And then chat with our local lactation consultant Danielle while she goes over the early days and weeks of feeding your newborn!

NEW MOON WOMENS CIRCLE 🌚
What: FREE event for women from NH/ME to honor the new moon with community gathering, oracle card pulls, meditations, intention-setting.
Hosted at: Sacred Circle Wellness in N.Conway
When: Friday closest to the New Moon from 6-8pm.

We welcome those from the greater Mount Washington Valley and Maine.

This is a monthly reoccurring support group held on the first Saturday of every month from 10-12.

Wildflowers Early Learning Center is located at 65 Seavey St, North Conway, NH.

We encourage families to bring children of all ages to participate in activities that are both fun and supportive of healthy development.

Valley Woods Lactation, Triple Moon Goddess Doula, and Wildflowers Early Learning Center are collaborating to offer a new parent support / kiddo play group to the community!

Cost: $150 or free for Doula Clients

Join Savannah and Renée for a birth preparation and education class for expecting parents!

Savannah is a local Full Spectrum Doula who offers an in depth class covering the ins-and-outs of home or hospital birth.

Renée is a local Massage Therapist and retired Doula, who will be sharing safe and effective massage techniques to support your partner throughout pregnancy, labor, and postpartum.

This class empowers parents with the knowledge and tools they need to navigate a successful physiological home or hospital birth, helping them feel prepared and confident in making informed decisions that prioritize the well-being of both mother and baby.

The role of the dad/partner during labor and birth is vital, which is why this class is designed to prepare you for what to expect and teach you how to actively support pain management through the use of touch.
