This koi is cruising through calm blue waters—graceful, balanced, and unbothered.
Surrounded by lotus blossoms and lily pads, this piece celebrates peace, prosperity, and gentle movement forward. 💫

I used transparent watercolor to let the koi’s body breathe, keeping the colors crisp and the mood light. The yellow fins and red markings reflect classic koi symbolism—courage, success, and perseverance in the face of change.
Even when the water moves, this koi swims like it belongs.

There’s something iconic about a cactus—tough, sculptural, and quietly thriving. This mini acrylic piece celebrates that desert strength with clean lines, saturated greens, and just the right amount of texture to make it pop off the page.

I leaned into the contrast of the vibrant green against crisp white space to give the cactus room to own the frame. Each little spine dot is a reminder that growth can be a little prickly—and still beautiful.

This feline portrait was created to honor the silent strength and poise of our wild companions—those who see everything, move with purpose, and hold stories in their gaze.

Using soft pastels, I built this big cat's presence through layered strokes and subtle texture. The contrast of warm fur against a deep matte background draws attention to those expressive green eyes, full of quiet alertness.
Every whisker was pulled with intention.

🎏 "Flow With Intention"
Koi fish have long symbolized resilience, prosperity, and transformation. In this stylized watercolor, I leaned into the idea of controlled freedom—a fish that glides with power, grace, and purpose through shifting waters.

This piece blends a tattoo-inspired line art aesthetic with watercolor’s natural fluidity. The negative space gives the viewer room to breathe, while the pops of teal and black ink lend structure and rhythm to the scales. I wanted this to feel meditative and bold at the same time—like a pause with a pulse.

There’s something quietly powerful about a koi moving forward no matter the current. Maybe it reminds us that softness doesn’t mean weakness.

There’s something magical about capturing a cat’s gaze—the quiet mischief, the unwavering curiosity, the soul that peers right through you. 🐱💚

This soft pastel study focuses on that expressive face we cat lovers know all too well. From those striking green eyes to the tufts of fur flaring out from the cheeks, every whisker was a labor of love (and a bit of pastel dust). 🎨

I wanted to preserve the playfulness and bold confidence of this feline—like they’ve just knocked something off your table and are proud of it. 😼
Cats have a way of making even stillness feel full of story.

This is part of my ongoing exploration of animal emotion and character through texture and expression. The torn-edge paper and sketch marks left in the corner stay in the final piece—because process is part of the personality.

🎨 No rules, just rhythm.

This piece was pure intuition—a watercolor dance across the page. I used white crayon resist first, with no plan, just letting my hand move freely. Then came the color: bright, overlapping layers poured and brushed in wherever they felt most alive. Some areas bled gently, others pushed back. Every mark was a dialogue.

This kind of abstract work is where I let go of expectations. It’s less about what you “see” and more about what you feel.
