The rhinestones are as beautiful as in the picture but I was expecting the leotard to be more form fitting based on the measurements you provided. I have a 27 inch waist but it's loose around my waist and there's no way to take it in because of the rhinestones. The fringe on the bottom is also bit frayed. Overall it's still a nice piece for my dance performance but I am a little disappointed after paying so much.
