Happy Meet Your Jewelers Day! This is our sales associate – Ted!

Where are you from originally? How long have you been in Oshkosh?
I was born and raised in Oshkosh, and still currently live here.

How long have you been in the jewelry industry? How long have you been with Reimer?
I have been working in the jewelry industry for 47 years and counting! Although I have been with Reimer for 16 years, I’ve known Paul and the family for a long time! Funny enough actually, I sold Paul his engagement ring for Laurie back in the day!

Where did you attend college? / Did you receive any further schooling?
I attended college at University of Oshkosh, where I studied Art Education and took some business classes as well!

Why do you love working at Reimer?
Reimer is my second family – I love it here because I’m graced with the space to continue doing what I love – with the people that I love. I am grateful for all of the years passed that I’ve been able to work here, and I look forward to the years continued working here.

What’s your favorite stone and/or birthstone?
Opal is not only my birthstone, but also my favorite stone. I love how naturally one of a kind they are. I adore how each one varies, and is wonderfully individual – just like people!

What’s your favorite downtown shop?
My two favorite shops downtown are the Artful Gift and Market Boutique. They both are such quaint, unique shops that have always supported my love for pottery.

Happy Meet Your Jewelers Day! This is our watchmaker – Jack!

Where are you from originally? How long have you been in Oshkosh?
I was born and raised in Oshkosh. I attended school out of state for college, but I am happy to be back in my hometown that I love!

How long have you been in the jewelry industry? How long have you been with Reimer?
I have been in the industry, as well as employed by Reimer, for almost 2 years now!

Where did you attend college? / Did you receive any further schooling?
I pursued my further education at Gem City College in Illinois! Here, I was able to learn horology – which covers watchmaking, repair, and more! I am grateful for the time I had there, as well as the opportunity to learn in a hands on environment.

Why do you love working at Reimer?
I enjoy the family atmosphere that we have here. It’s the perfect mix of fun and getting it done!

What’s your favorite stone and/or birthstone?
My birthstone and my favorite stone is Peridot – for it’s unique oddity of color!

What’s your favorite downtown shop?
