We picked this beauty up last weekend, a six foot tall Jose Buono. The leaves 😍. She was just getting a little big for her old home. We’re hopeful for much higher variegation now that she’s getting more light. Stay tuned for babies!

Maranta! Aka Prayer Plant. I love these littler buggers. I know they tend to be a struggle for some folks but I find them pretty easy to accommodate by following a couple key principles. Don’t over water BUT don’t let them dry out. These babies love their humidity. Indirect light is best but not shade. Fertilize “weakly weekly”. And city tap water seems to be a no go for these fellas, they love rain water but if I don’t have any I’ll use filtered water and that works well, too.
