Position: Jewelry Sales Associate
Location: Palm City, Florida
Qualifications:
- Experience in the jewelry industry preferred
- Proficiency in point-of-sale programs
- Social media management, Photography and marketing skills are a huge plus!
Job Duties:
- Provide guests with an outstanding shopping experience by being friendly, knowledgeable, and attentive
- Greet customers as they enter the Jewelry Shop and guide them through the purchasing process
- Assist customers in selecting and purchasing jewelry items from the sales floor
- Update our CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system to keep customers informed about products and services
- Maintain and update inventory system to track stock levels
- Display jewelry in cases attractively
- Assist with jewelry repairs and intake through point-of-sale system
- Answer phone calls and address customer inquiries
- Maintain cleanliness of showcases and jewelry
Work Schedule:
Approximately 40 hours per week
Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:15 PM (store hours: 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM)
