I grew up in a small town Elizabeth in West Virginia, I've always been corky and tom boy but I'm girly girl too. Yes, Weirdo (in a good way) has been my nickname and so is my art creations, I prefer upcycling when possible, it's always been how I see things that is getting old or tossed out that can be used again, a new life as something else. My creations are what I see as beautiful, I love brigh
t color and the beauty's of nature and wood. I'm spiritual not religious but respect everyone's preferences, my crosses are my art and like all flatware pieces I use mostly antiques I've purchased a few years now., My jewlery is 100% handmade by myself Nissa Rader. My creations and art are one of a kind and 100% made by myself also. If that's not enough, I love the Shou-Shugi-ban Japanese style wood burning technique that I mix and apply my own color dye stains. When the dye stains are rubbed into the raised grains it's never the same and breathtakingly beautiful. You never know how each piece of wood will turn out and its addictive to me that way. You wont see any cookie cutters, but alot of old or current adult type humorous sayings, if your easily offended this isnt for you. But not all of em are so I think I reach about everyone and styles. Please be patient, I work alone and make everything myself and make it well to last. I do my best to get to everyone as quick as I can, but, life and COVID-19 happens so, please know this and we will all get along great.
