Morning rhythm, one sip at a time.
Before the day begins in the studio, I pour a little almond milk into my coffee, cue up Inner Excellence by Jim Murphy, and step into the morning light for a fasted walk—though I do wonder… does almond milk in coffee count as cheating?

It’s 40 minutes of movement and mindset—a quiet preparation before the creative hours begin. Along the way, the roses are in full bloom, as if the world is quietly reminding me to pause, breathe, and take in the beauty.

This is my very first art show—Art in the Park, Paso Robles—and it feels like such a full-circle moment. Being here, sharing my work, standing beside the Hope & Sarah Equanimity Collection… it’s all a dream that grew roots because of the people who believed in me.

There’s something so meaningful about being able to handcraft jewelry for the people I love, knowing it’s made with the finest materials.
