We will replace, free of charge (including materials and labor), any diamond or gemstone of up to 1/2 carat in size(opals and pearls, due to their softer nature, are not included with this guarantee) that is chipped, broken or have been lost from the mounting under normal wear and tear cir

cumstances. All we require for this warranty to remain in effect is to bring in the piece every six months for a free inspection. Any recommended repairs made by an associate at Blue River Diamonds must be completed as well. Conflict Free and Environmentally Conscious
All of our diamonds are guaranteed to be from conflict free sources that are full participants in the Kimberly Process. Additionally, all of our diamond mountings are made from between 95-100% recycled gold in an effort to minimize the effects of environmentally damaging mining practices. Mounting Guarantee
For one whole year from your date of purchase, the mounting of your diamond or gemstone ring is warrantied against defects in material or workmanship. Weights and Measures
We guarantee all stone weights and gold content stamps to be accurately represented. Free Lifetime Cleanings and Inspections. Bring in your jewelry as often as your like for complimentary cleanings and inspections. We will gladly clean jewelry that was not purchased from Blue River Diamonds anytime as well. Lifetime Trade-In Privilege. Your diamond jewelry comes with a generous trade-in option. At anytime you may trade in your diamond jewelry for another piece of diamond jewelry of at least double the original purchase price (less sales tax). Return or Exchange Privilege. You may return any item you are not fully happy with within 10 days from the date of purchase or feel free to exchange it for a merchandise credit within 30 days.
