IMPORTANT! Please Read.
During the month of August, GoldWorx will be closed to walk-ins during the week. We will be open to the public Fridays & Saturdays. During the week we will be meeting with customers by appointment only. This has become necessary due to the overwhelming
requests for jewelry and watch repairs as well as custom-made jewelry.
We will be using this time to clear ALL in progress work. Please continue reading for instructions for pick-up and scheduling appointments for new work.
-IN PROGRESS JOBS.
As soon as your job is complete, we will call/text to notify you. You may pickup without appointment on Fridays/Saturdays. If inconvenient, we can schedule a pickup time during the week. Please reply to the work complete message if you would like to make arrangements to pick up at another time. We will do our best to accommodate all schedules.
-NEW REPAIRS/CUSTOM ORDERS.
GoldWorx will still me taking in new repairs and custom orders. If you are unable to come see us on a Friday/Saturday, please call/text (267) 895-8215 and we can arrange an appointment time so you can meet with the jeweler and asses your items. Please leave us a message with
your name, phone number, and the work that you need done. Starting the second week of August, available appointments can be booked through our website http://www.goldworxjewelry.com
-WATCH BATTERIES/BAND ADJUSTMENTS.
Please stop in on a Friday/Saturday and we will do our best to complete your watch/watches while you wait. Large lots of watches (3 or more) will need to be left with us. We will contact you when complete and arrange a pickup time. Appointments will be unavailable for this service.
-STATUS UPDATES.
The purpose of this change is to clear our entire backlog of current work. You are welcome to call/text for an update but it will be difficult for us to give you a firm date of completion, but it will be done by the end of August. If we promised a firm completion date at the time of drop-off, those jobs will be completed as promised. Please leave a message with your full name and phone # and we will respond as soon as possible (a description of the items is unnecessary).
BECAUSE WE WILL BE WORKING DILLEGENTLY TO COMPLETE ALL JOBS AND CLEAR OUR BACKLOG, WE WILL BE UNABLE TO ANSWER YOUR CALLS AS THEY COME IN. PLEASE EITHER LEAVE A VOICEMAIL OR SEND A TEXT AND WE WILL RESPOND AS SOON AS POSSIBLE. MESSAGES WILL BE CHECKED MULTIPLE TIMES DAILY DURING THE WEEK.
We very much appreciate the support of our small business and the volume of work that has made this change necessary. We realize this is an inconvenience, however we are committed to providing the best
craftsmanship possible for every single job that comes in, small or large. GoldWorx has always and will always preform all services in-house and to the highest quality standard. We will never outsource work to a third party. That said, our jeweler needs a chance to catch-up. We appreciate your patience, understanding, and continued support.
