Our guest came in discouraged after being sent away from this special repair. A heirloom pendant was saved! This truly one-of-a-kind resin pendant. Unfortunately, the bail broke off. Our only choice was to carefully open the wiring of the frame and use that as a source to create a new bail/ connector, and we added a new chain. One happy Mom ❤️
