It’s been a non-stop 6 months for our mobile event experiences, and we’re so grateful for all the hosts, companies, and organizations who have invited us to participate in so many fun celebrations!

Reminiscing on how much fun we had at the Arizona Wedding Professionals Season Shift this August with our flagship Traveling Charm Bar {the largest in Phoenix!} In the past month, we’ve added some really cool new activations (coaster bar, tote bag bar, golf design bar 👀) so head over to lovegeorgie.com to see them all ~ we’ve still got some space for November and December events 💛

Big thanks to The Wedding POV The Wedding POV, Justine Grace Photo and Film .photofilm, and Matthew Wheeler Photography for capturing it so beautifully 📷 and everyone there for making it such an amazing experience ~

Your Event 🤝 Our Tote Bag Design Bar

We had so much fun putting together this Tote Bag Design Bar for Simpplr’s recent Scottsdale event!

🛍 9 options with their logo, graphics, and a few inside jokes
🏜 3 fun desert options to commemorate their AZ visit
👥 75 attendees who had FUN at a corporate event and left with a tote of their own design, printed ON THE SPOT at the event!

📢 Calling All Party Planning Committees, Employee Relations Managers, and Event Planners:

Don’t just slap the company logo on cheap swag and cross off “staff appreciation.” Our live event design bars go way beyond the gift: a design process that’s engaging & fun, an event icebreaker that doesn’t feel forced or awkward, and a high-quality gift they’ll ACTUALLY like—because they designed it!

Perfect for:
💻 Corporate events
📚 Book clubs (hello, custom book tote!)
🍃 Eco-conscious brands (reusable shopping tote!)

How our Laser-Engraved Coaster Design Bar works:

➡ Event attendees grab a tray and peruse the coaster designs.
➡ Each person chooses their favorite designs to curate a set.
➡ Bring them to our team with their chosen initial, letter, or custom option.
➡ We engrave their coasters right there with our travel laser!

Each guest leaves the event with their hand-picked and freshly-engraved coaster set 🥂

You can book a Coaster Bar Party in our shop, or contact us to inquire about on-site events, where we bring everything to your venue!
