☀️ “It’s already 100° outside… why would I sit in a sauna?” ☀️
We hear this question all the time!
While both make you hot, they’re actually very different experiences.
🌿 A sauna is intentional heat.
Instead of working in the yard, chasing kids, or running errands in the heat, you’re giving your body time to slow down and recover.
Here are a few reasons people love sauna sessions:
✨ Supports relaxation and stress relief
✨ Increases circulation
✨ Helps ease muscle tension after workouts or long days
✨ Encourages a calm mind and can support better sleep
✨ Gives you uninterrupted time to disconnect and recharge
The biggest difference? Purpose.
A hot South Dakota day usually leaves you feeling drained because you’re fighting the heat while staying active. A sauna is a controlled environment where you can simply sit, breathe, and let your body relax.
So no… sitting in 100° weather and sitting in a sauna aren’t the same thing. One is something you endure. The other is something you do for yourself.
Have you tried a sauna before? We’d love to hear how you feel after a session! 🤍
