It’s June, and this month has some gorgeous birthstones!

Three traditional stones to choose from: pearl and alexandrite are the most common, but rhodolite garnet is a brilliant substitute for alexandrite!

While alexandrite is a color change stone that can change to warm or cool colors depending on the light that’s shining on it, rhodolite is a beautiful shade of reddish purple, that resembles alexandrite in warm light!

It’s considered a semi-precious stone, so it’s has value, but not a massive cost.

Today we’re featuring different shapes, unique designs, traditional and simplistic styles!

First we have a massive 4.52 carat garnet in a stunning oval halo! Set in 14K white gold, the total diamond weight is 1.44 carats.

Next we have a lovely offset pear shape in 14K yellow gold with diamond accents. It’s a simple design made more unique by its asymmetrical layout.

A traditional north south oval with two small diamonds compliments this understated ring. It’s set 10K white gold and is a budget friendly option. A great no-frills beauty!

This week for Thursday’s treasures, we’re featuring two exceptional emerald rings!

Emerald is the birthstone for the month of May, and it’s quite the gem; it’s even one of the four main precious stones also featuring diamond, Ruby, and sapphire!

First, we have a beautiful layer cake design with an oval emerald in the center surrounded by baguette diamonds in 18 karat white gold. The emerald is a 3/4 carata natural, and the diamond weight is 2.2 carat total weight.

Next, we have a large 1.62 carat natural emerald with a yellow gold prong set in the middle of a white gold halo in 18 karat white gold with 0.27 carat total weight in diamonds! The split shank gives it a large but lighter look.
