We’re on a late night treasure hunt, and we found the jackpot!
This week for Thursday’s Treasures, we featuring this breathtaking Le Vian “strawberry gold” cushion cut smokey quartz ring!
Featuring a whole array of desserts, this stunner also has both “chocolate” and “vanilla” diamond accents! The diamonds set in the under-gallery are a beautiful eye-clean variety of white diamonds, forming almost a hidden halo effect. The V-formation split-row of chocolate diamonds flank a singular white diamond on each side.
This all serves to enhance the elongated cushion cut Smokey or mocha quartz center. This center demands attention thanks in part to its chalkboard facets, grabbing every bit of light that comes into contact with its surface.
Even though it’s a modern creation, everything about this ring screams vintage; from the antique cut of the center gemstone, to the claw prongs. However, this ring has a very unique claw prong in one corner, almost forming the shape of the letter “M”.
Can this be an engagement ring? You betcha! In fact, due to its width, it would even make a perfect standalone wedding set! (Don’t get us wrong; it would also look mighty lovely next to your favorite wedding band!)
