We now have power but we still don't have internet. Looks like a lot of folks are in the same boat, without net none of our systems work. We can't write loans or track payments. So for now, we wait. We are hoping to have a plan to move forward soon, so stay tuned for updates!

With the internet being out, so are our phones. Please send questions or concerns via email: [email protected]

In the meanwhile, your loans are SAFE. We will be prorating payments to the date of the storm if you are picking it up, and we are extending courtesy holds and grace periods. Like always, we will work with you yo make sure you get everything back.

Still no power, so we wait…

While we can’t know just yet when the electricity will be back on, we hope it’s soon! We’ve received a number of concerned calls and emails about loans. We understand your concerns! Without the internet we unfortunately cannot run our pawn systems or take payments, so for now we have to ask everyone to be patient.

Once the lights are back on, and we can open, we will be adjusting totals to the day of the storm. Any interest accrued will be taken off, so you will only owe what you did on Tuesday when the storm hit. We will also be extending courtesy holds for everyone, so don’t panic, everything is safe. As always we’ll work hard to get your items back to you.

Stay tuned for updates, and keep on eye out for our open signs. We’re looking forward to seeing everyone soon and getting back to a bit of normality…whatever that means.

With the regional power outage still ongoing, all Pawn King locations will remain closed. We’re hoping the lights come back on soon, but until then, we encourage everyone to stay safe.
