Preston Paper and Gems Victoria Warren-Mears is the designer and owner of Preston Paper and Gems. The Preston Paper and Gems studio is located in Portland, Oregon.

She has long had a love of beautiful things and seeks to bring beauty into the lives of others through jewelry making and paper arts. Victoria carefully hand selects all of the materials that go into her designs, whether they are fresh and funky or classical and traditional her design and inspiration are noted in each piece. Each of the pieces is made individually. It is rare to find more than one of each design. Her look is unique - just like you.
