I’m smiling so big right now. WHITE TOPAZ SUGAR DROPS. As of today there is only ONE PAIR available for preorder. We started with 6 pairs available on October 9th and 10 days later there’s just 1 pair.

Half down initiates the order and delivery guaranteed before Christmas. The deadline to place your order is Nov 1 but I’m pretty sure the last pair will get snatched up before then.

The earrings are oxidized sterling silver and 18k gold with either 6mm white topaz or 8mm white topaz. Honestly the larger size is by far the most popular but the small size is lovely for those who prefer a more subtle wardrobe staple. Message me for purchasing deets! xo, Aylee

The Gilded Shadow pieces are flying away as fast as I make them. This collection explores the concept of holding light through the darker months...carrying the sunshine with us. Yesterday was my Mom’s (aka bff, personal assistant, Truffles’ Gramma, shop manager, my biggest cheerleader and so much more) BIRTHDAY!

Before store hours we took Truffles to the Vista neighborhood for a walk. There’s a house that has the most stunning hydrangeas that my mom always admires. Well yesterday the owner happened to notice and said “how many would you like?” He cut her four huge stems that she plans on drying. If you know my mom you know her love of flowers so this was the perfect start to the day.

Later in the afternoon the shop was filled with lovely people almost like another birthday present. A visitor from North Carolina purchased my last Summer Ice pendant! After work we had Bamboo Sushi delivered and gluten free Tiramisu from the local bakery Gem. I made my mom a playful beaded lariat that she is wearing in the second photo.

The day was full of charming moments, love and laughter. I couldn’t be more grateful that this lady is my mom. Happy Birthday Janelle!! xo, Aylee

My mom just sent me a photo of this original painting by my Grandpa Jack because it’s all the colors of my mood board for my next collection! I love that his creativity is constantly running through me. Sometimes I’m highly aware of it and other times it’s just a quiet whisper.

This collection will explore the concept of holding light through the darker months...carrying the sunshine with us. My Grandpa silently struggled with depression despite the bright vivid light he always exuded. He was absolutely my very first best friend but he passed away before we could have adult conversations. It’s got me wondering if those conversations I long to have with him are coming through in my work and in my inspirations. I think they are. The third photo is one of my favorite photos with my Grandpa. 🥰

Fall is officially here and I’m so intrigued about my next capsule collection. Here is the mood board that inspires each piece I’m making this season.

The center image is a Life magazine cover from the 1920s illustrated by Coles Phillips. This image is the star of the board! The background of that image reminds me of my Treasured Heart charm and the shape of the batwings I’m completely obsessed with.

I haven’t officially named this series yet but that’s coming soon. I’ll be sharing small groups of jewelry as I finish them like I did through the summer and teasing the gemstones of course! Stay tuned. xo, Aylee
