Multnomah Days Fun

It's everyone's favorite time of the year when our community comes out to celebrate our wonderful Multnomah Village! There will be a street fair full of fun vendors, a ceramics showcase at the art center, a PARADE, kid zones, live music, food and more!

The street fair begins at 9 am, the parade starts at 10 and the whole thing will wrap up at 6 pm.
...the party will be at Magpie Metals though!

We will be slinging bubbly drinks of the alcoholic and non varieties as well as some snacks.

Permanent jewelry will be available all day no appointment needed. Come on in and get zapped!

Permanent Jewelry is less like a tattoo and more like a friendship bracelet that's been tied on. The chain of your choice is fit to you and then soldered or welded onto your wrist, ankle or neck. Fear not, all of our available chains are able to be removed with something like scissors or nail clippers.

We have a wide selection of chains to choose from for a bracelet, anklet or necklace. We also offer charms as an add-on if you're feeling fancy and fun!

The prices vary depending on the length and style of the chain, but bracelets start at $40 and necklaces at $70.

Wenjing, of A Nod to Design, began in fine art and fashion and has brought those sensibilities to her exquisite jewelry. Wenjing’s pieces feature beautiful Japanese seed beads that are perfectly paired with brass, sterling and 14 k gold fill. Each piece spends hours in Wenjing’s hands and that effort and love is palpable.

Though the 2D world of A Nod to Design is impressive, you have to hold and wear Wenjing's pieces to appreciate the exceptionally dynamic design. Please come by and see this Saturday!

Your eyes aren't playing tricks on you! That vase is in the palm of the full grown adult that made it. Nate Calhoun is a Portland ceramicist and artist that will be bringing a squeal-inducing collection of the tiniest pots you have ever seen as well as some of his breathtaking landscape paintings.
Nate's ceramics have made the perfect gifts for us many times over and we're so excited that he will be in the shop answering your burning questions... such as "how the heck did you make that?!"

Enjoy some snacks and sips while you marvel at his creations and our festive holiday decor and offerings!
