🇮🇹🇺🇸 COLUMBUS WEEKEND IS MORE THAN A PARADE.

It is about family. Heritage. Sacrifice. Pride. Legacy.

It is about the generations who came before us—those who left everything they knew, worked hard, built families, opened businesses, strengthened communities, and helped shape the America we know today.

They carried with them their language, their traditions, their faith, their food, their music, and most importantly, their values.

Those traditions were passed from grandparents to parents, from parents to children—and now it is our responsibility to carry them forward.

As we count down to the 82nd Annual Columbus Weekend, we honor the stories, struggles, accomplishments, and contributions of generations of Italian Americans who helped make their communities and this country stronger.

And this year, as we commemorate 250 Years of Italian Contribution to America, we have an even greater reason to pause and remember where we came from.

We celebrate not simply to look back—but to honor the past, embrace the present, and inspire the generations still to come.

Because our heritage is more than a date on a calendar.

It is in our families.
It is in our traditions.
It is in our communities.
It is in the stories our grandparents told us.
And it lives on in every generation that refuses to forget.
