First design consult of 2026- Wedding sets for a second generation Hunt Country client! This couples wedding is in May, why are they talking to us in January? Because we book custom work out 12-16 weeks in advance; this is our first design consult of the year but will closer to our 30-something-ish project finished by then. So if you are thinking about a custom project with us this year keep that 3-4 month turnaround time in mind. ❤️

We made it! We've made it to the end of our Christmas season and now we rest. We'll be closed Dec. 25 & 26 to spend time with our families. We will be open Saturday & Sunday, closed for the New Year Monday-Thursday and back open for regular hours starting Jan 2, 2026! Logan's favorite things! A T-Rex, a dragon, and a topaz, Logan clearly went with detailed, sculptural, bold pieces for his favorites this year. The cat's eye chrysoberyl eye of the t-rex is my favorite detail amongst these, it follows you! The topaz was purchased from the estate of a hobby lapidary and we loved the experimentation in the shape and faceting and the color of this natural topaz, which we don't see much anymore. The dragon is a classic Hunt Country piece but the yellow sapphire makes it feel all glowy and rich; it's a combination I really enjoy!

Carolyn's favorite things! I get to write my own caption for this one! I love these color change garnet earrings because natural color changes are one of my favorite phenomenon and these purple to green garnets are just delightful. And the natural topaz crystal; I love it when Logan lets the stones and crystals speak for themselves and follows their shapes and planes. Plus- the size of this one makes it a real statement! And the teal sapphire ring- gorgeous color, graceful lines, signature open Hunt Country metal work- a beaut!

Ed's Favorite Gifts this season! Our founder, master goldsmith, colored stone aficionado clearly loves a ring for this holiday season; his favorites include our 30ct blue star sapphire in 18k white gold with diamonds, our 7.91 ct pink tourmaline, cut by Claire in 18k yellow and white with diamonds (this one has a surprise in the basket- herons!), and our brand new black opal with killer color play in 18k white gold.

These rings range in stone size and budget- something for everyone and they are all available in store and on our website. We do still have time to size and ship. Do you have your favorites picked out for your wishlist yet?
