Ash & Co. was proud to be part of today’s Disability Pride Parade NYC in Union Square Park!

Heartshare walked in the parade and had a table sharing information about our programs and services, including Ash & Co. We also sold Ash & Co. bracelets and had the chance to connect with so many wonderful people throughout the day. ✨

A very special shoutout to Enzo and Shiloh from HeartShare Education Center, who are participants in Ash & Co., for helping sell bracelets today! It was so special to see them sharing their work, connecting with the community, and being part of a day filled with pride, joy, inclusion, and celebration.

We’re grateful to have shared such a meaningful day with our HeartShare community and everyone who came out to celebrate Disability Pride.

This one feels extra special 💛 Ash & Co. started in a classroom, so having a teacher like 𝐌𝐒. 𝐂𝐇𝐘𝐍𝐀 share and support what we’ve grown into means so much to us.

What began as a school-based project has grown into meaningful employment and vocational opportunities for individuals with autism and other developmental disabilities — and we’re so grateful to everyone helping us continue that mission. ✨
