Hello everyone!
I am truly honored to have the opportunity to bead this hat for my uncle. When I first started beading, he asked me if I could create a hat inspired by the colors of a flicker feather. This was the first hat I ever beaded, and it allowed me to try something new. Through this experience, I learned a lot and grew as a beader.
So, you can imagine my excitement when he asked me to not only bead the brim of the hat but also to add a dragonfly design in the center. It also brought some laughter, as he now owns both my first hat and the first hat on which I’ve added an emblem. I see this as another wonderful opportunity to improve my skills even further.
