Self-taught Silversmith, NativeArtwork, & Candy Bouquets for all occasions. Ya’ah’tééh, (Hello)
A little about ourselves: We are full blooded Diné (Navajo), I was born in Denver, Colorado & raised in Gallup, New Mexico. Leroy was born & raised in Gallup. We have been residing in Red Mesa, Arizona for almost 2 years now. We do have a family to take care of, I have a full-time job and Leroy is a
full time silversmith, so I try to fit in my additional work as much as I can. I get my talent from both of my parents, my mother was very artistic and my father as well. Both my parents are no longer here, but a lot of the ideas I have are from my mother, she was a Navajo Rug Weaver who wove traditional Two Grey Hill Rugs. I do a lot of the stringing making necklace sets and with the help of Leroy’s silversmithing, we have put together beautiful pieces, I also make candy bouquets for all occasions. Leroy also gets his talent from his uncle Herman Hoskie who is a great silversmith from Red Rock, NM just south of Gallup. Leroy has been a silversmith since the age of 13 and started off with making money clips, He now makes all kinds of jewelry such as rings, bracelets, concho belts, squash blossom necklace, earrings, bolo ties, and much more. We are always open to new ideas and have exceeded our own expectations at times. Photos of our work are for your pleasure, some may still be available – if you would like to place an order please do so. On larger orders, we do require a 50% deposit – then the other 50% due upon completion. We do a lot of our jewelry with nickel, but we also make many items with sterling silver and we do require a 50% deposit (sterling silver orders) before we start on the item due to silver price being so high on the market & the other 50% upon completion. We are also open to payment plans. Payment methods: Money orders, Western Union, Money Grams, and Green Dot Money Pak Cards. We hope you have enjoyed our social friendliness, if at any time you have questions or comments, please feel free to post or leave a message. A’he’hee (Thank You)
