That was a good 13-mile long run practice 🥹 It was supposed to be 15 miles, but I had therapy sessions in between and had to cut it down… and honestly, that’s okay. After all, we still showed up!!
Training for a marathon is teaching me that progress isn’t always perfect. Some days your body adjusts, your schedule changes, your mind needs a pause — but showing up still counts 🤍
