Camille Torres Designs Wearable art, jewelry, and artistic accessories. Many pieces are one of a kind, and custom orders a The first collaboration is with the medium.

The rich landscape of Northern California has been an ongoing muse for Camille's art. She is also deeply moved by the intricacies and general quirkiness of life; her work is a spiritual practice in homage to these inspirations. Her attraction to wearable art is in the relationship she has with the wearer of the piece she created. Camille holds a belief that all of her work is a collaboration. The creation of a piece is a give and take conversation with the metals or fibers. Each medium has their own characteristics; their own personalities, and the artist must learn how they like to be approached in order to convince them to do what the artist wants them to do. Once the language is learned, the creative process can flourish. The second collaboration is with the wearer. Clothing, jewelry and accessories are not complete until they become an expression of personal style. It is only then that the piece comes alive, completing the statement made by the artist. That being said, each piece is designed to be decorative wherever it lives. There is no need to tuck these pieces away in drawers or boxes. They are much happier adorning their environment.

I'm honored to share that my Chrysalis earrings are featured in Hanging Off The Wire's "Get A Head Start On Holiday Shopping" gift guide, published today.
Hayley chose the Chrysalis earrings for herself, and hearing that she loves them is the best part of this whole thing.
Chrysalis comes from my Imaginal Cell Collection, inspired by the monarch's metamorphosis and handcrafted in small batches from recycled sterling silver here in Ashland, Oregon. Each design is named for a stage of that transformation.
If you like to get your holiday shopping done early, the full guide is full of great finds. You can read it here: https://www.hangingoffthewire.com/2026/10/get-head-start-on-holiday-shopping.html
Thank you, Hayley, for including me.

Making Redwood Slice hat pins in the studio today. I’m still pretty new at the fiber laser, but it’s been such an amenity to my workflow. It’s easier than ever to customize jewelry and it’s so much faster and more environmentally friendly than acid etching. Shoutout to technology!

Happy Halloween to everyone who refuses to fit into neat little boxes. To the women who blend the mystical with the modern, the elegant with the edgy. To those who wear their power unapologetically - whether that’s statement jewelry, a smoking cauldron, or both.

You don’t have to choose between polished and wild, professional and magical, grounded and free. You get to be all of it.
That’s what I love about jewelry - it’s wearable rebellion. A way to express exactly who you are, no explanations needed. Bold enough to turn heads, comfortable enough to forget you’re wearing it.

So here’s to the witches on one-wheels. The women who make their own rules. The ones who know that the most powerful thing you can wear is confidence.

However you choose to show up in the world - do it fiercely. ✨🎃

How are you expressing your magic this Halloween?

Ancient trees that witnessed generations, held secrets, sheltered families beneath their towering canopy. Each growth ring tells a story - a year, a season, a moment in time.
The Redwood Collection is my love letter to home. To the forests that raised me. To watching my son discover dandelions on trails near our new home in Ashland, Oregon, tucking wildflowers behind my ear just like my mother did.

Each piece mirrors the growth rings of these majestic trees - concentric circles that represent time, family, legacy. The kind of jewelry that feels like it’s always belonged to you. Simple. Grounded. Beautiful.

We moved to Oregon recently, but I carry California with me in every spiral, every handcrafted ring. Because home isn’t just a place - it’s the stories we carry, the memories we make, the moments we pass down.

These pieces survive your busy, beautiful life. Hiking trails. Dandelion hunts. Real moments with the people you love.

Lightweight, nature-inspired, utterly wearable. This is jewelry for living fully.

What place shaped who you are? Tell me your story. 🌲

✨ The Early Bird Gets the Gold (At Last Year's Prices) ✨

Can we talk about smart shopping for a minute?

Gold is currently at $4000 an ounce - a historical high. Which means if you're thinking about gold jewelry for yourself or as holiday gifts down the road, now is actually the time to act.

These gold-plated butterfly pieces from my Imaginal Cell Collection are still priced at what they were before gold went astronomical. I haven't adjusted to current market rates, and I won't be for this collection.

Why am I telling you this in October? Because:

~ This is the last of the gold plate butterfly jewelry collection. It will be discontinued after these are gone.
~ Spreading out holiday shopping = spreading out costs
~ You get to enjoy wearing them all fall instead of waiting
~ You're essentially locking in yesterday's prices in today's market

These butterfly wing earrings are perfect for fall layering - lightweight enough for all-day wear, substantial enough to make a statement. The deconstructed monarch pattern works with everything from cozy sweaters to dressier occasions.
Think of it as being kind to future-you. The holidays will be here before we know it, and you'll be glad you got ahead of the game.
