This is a absolutely adorable skirt! My initial reaction was just so-so, but when I put it on display, it really spoke to me! It said “Confident”, and “Empowered”. When you see something on the rack, don’t judge it until you try it on!

PSA: For Lily's Customers!

PSA: We will be re-striping the 1038 and 1036 back alley parking spaces in the upcoming weeks. They will be inaccessible so, if you usually park in them, please allow a little extra time for your next salon/spa appointment. Moving forward, the Renaissance (1038) will reserve 2 of these parking spaces (one for our elderly and mobility-challenged clients) and the 3rd space will be reserved for Lily's Boutique (1036) clients. Also, as a reminder, the two outer easement areas are marked by diagonal yellow lines and are no parking zones. We are fortunate to have ample parking at both entrances so we don't foresee any problems, but we're happy to answer any questions. Thanks! -KWB/Owner

Ladies…Don’t Do It!

Don’t Shop Without a Plan

Buying clothes and building a wardrobe are two different things.

Many closets are full of individual pieces that don’t work together.

Instead of asking:

“What should I buy?”

Ask:

“What does my wardrobe need?”

A capsule wardrobe allows you to create dozens of outfits from a carefully selected collection of pieces that coordinate with one another.

Sometimes we leave home expecting to make a quick stop, only to run into an old friend, a potential employer, a client, or someone who could open the door to our next opportunity.

While everyone deserves comfort, it’s worth asking ourselves:

“Am I presenting myself in a way that reflects how I want to be remembered?”

Looking polished doesn’t require expensive clothing. A clean outfit, neat hair, and a little intention can communicate confidence, self-respect, and readiness.

Don’t Wear Clothes That Don’t Fit

We’ve all done it.

Keeping clothing that’s too small because…

“I’m going to lose weight.”

Or buying clothing that’s too large because…

“I want to hide.”

Neither choice allows you to present your best self.

Clothing should fit the body you have today—not the body you had five years ago or hope to have next year.

A well-fitting garment will always look more polished than an expensive garment that doesn’t fit.
