My studio door will be open for this weekend, sat-sun 12-6pm, come by and say hi.
i've made a bit of an installation with this new triptych, interspersed with tiny framed gilded relics that echo some of the vocab of the big scary ones... they're more ceremonial, little divination cards and big harbingers tapestries. lots of other work up too, prints, sketchbooks, and more!

This Saturday I'll be showing over 26 works made in the past year at Forever Florida, 2629 Central Ave St Pete FL
Stop by on your artwalk journey, enjoy some refreshments, performance and see a survey of my new work!
In my Hymnvs pieces, I used mixed media including upcycled coffee filters on which i painted figures and forms. I cut them into strips and used them as collage elements in a portrait of solitude, self-reflection and inner-blooms; a flowering figure working on itself.
Most of these works imply buildings moving through landscapes; the buildings are figures, the landscapes are conscious.
Thank you to and for the opportunity to show work in such a great space.
