Shown here is Greg Davenport, our in-house watchmaker, meticulously working on a Rolex movement. This is what in-house Rolex service looks like at Jackson Jewelers.

We specialize in precision Rolex repairs with modern equipment and the depth of knowledge to ensure every watch leaves in its best condition possible. We hold a Rolex spare parts account, allowing us to service most Rolex watches right here at our Salem location.
Please note we specialize exclusively in Rolex service and are not currently accepting general watch repairs or battery replacements.
