f our gemstones (both precious & semi-precious) as well as diamonds are all individually handpicked and selectively filtered by our Gemological Institute of America (GIA) graduate team members. Numerous hours of intensive search are put into our selection process to ensure that our gemstones are superb in all facets of cut, color, fire, luster, and brilliance. This lengthy and tedious selection process also helps us ensure that our collection of diamonds and colored gemstones are conflict-free and fairly traded. Please note that we do not use synthetic, heated, or treated diamonds unless it is specifically indicated on the listing or requested by our valued customers. To further enhance our customersβ shopping experiences, we focus heavily on our internal quality assurance protocols. All items are carefully inspected by a professional jeweler prior to shipment. Our goal is to take away the anxiety of purchasing expensive jewelry items online, so that our customers will receive each package with a smile. :)
