2025 was a tough one.

It began in February with a bike accident, followed by a broken foot in March. I healed without surgery, spending months in stillness and recovery. Professionally, I faced deep disappointment — stepping away from something I built with care, without proper reimbursement, while navigating ongoing legal stress.

Just before Burning Man, I tore my meniscus while traveling with everything I owned. At Burning Man, something shifted — long days, dancing, and meaningful connections reminded me how healing joy can be.

After returning home, delays, heavy rain, and construction challenges continued. Then in December, another bike accident left me with multiple breaks in my arm and wrist. Through it all, I experienced both kindness and aggression — and realized my nervous system had been in constant fight-or-flight all year.

That was the clarity.

Now, my focus is healing — calming my nervous system, allowing rest, quiet, and safety. I’m closing this year gently and welcoming 2026 with intention, love, and deep restoration.
