Hey dance moms! This is Kessler Bibb. I am starting a community service project that revolves around dance and I have the idea of collecting dance costumes and shoes from families that would like to donate to a good cause. As you can see from the photos, we have an attic full!! I plan to put a costume along with a trophy, shoes, crown, wand and etc. in a special box and deliver them to all pre-k classrooms in a 6 county area for dramatic playtime. I will need about 36-40 costumes. My goal is for all kids in other schools to have the chance to dress up and pretend they are a dance star. My project is called “The Costume Box” - Where Every Child Becomes a Dancer. I hope that you can help by donating some of your used dance costumes and shoes. A drop bin for costumes will be at the Brentwood dance building or we can pick up. We welcome all size costumes but prefer preschool sizes Please donate by September 30th.
