Just finished some custom work for a friend out of abalone that he found. The one with the "L" stamp is for his new best friend Lani, a baby miniature pincher. The nylon cord is a simple form of kumihimo with a custom drilled toggle clasp that i started doing about four years ago. I personally have worn this style cord on for more than a year and still looks brand new.

A lovely family stopped in to make a 50th birthday necklace for her mom. While Dad and the little one played with the toys we keep in the shop, she put this birth stone necklace together. Pearl for her mom, peridot (in the center) for her dad and the rest for her and her siblings. I think what she created is just perfect! Hope she loves it.
