Grace Lane;
Follow Grace Lane around a bend and to the top of the hill. Please do not bother tenants.

IMPORTANT: We WILL continue to sell the large statues and big pieces BEFORE the estate sale at 1/2 off as per my previous post. You have to make an appointment ONLY for pickup of the large items that you are sure you want. I will only respond to texts sent directly to my phone:
(805)878-1978.

Sorry, no appointments to “just look around”. If you want to browse, come to the estate sale. No appointment needed for the estate sale on October 30th and 31st.

Can’t give measurements, prices that aren’t posted, shoe sizes, etc.

Can’t hold or reserve items. Can’t pre-buy EXCEPT for the large ticket listed “Buy it Now” by appointment pieces pictured here.

As always, cash or credit cards okay over $15.

Bring your own bags and boxes. Bring moving help.

Please NO SMALL CHILDREN for this sale only—too many ways for them to get hurt and you know how much I love children. 💜

Also, we MIGHT be able to move statues to ground level. Fingers crossed. I will keep you posted.

Everything purchased must be out of the house by November 9th at the LATEST! I lose access at midnight on the 9th. If you don’t pick up your items by then, you forfeit them and there will be
NO REFUNDS.

Please don’t ask for prices, measurements, or if you can buy before your appointment. Sorry, the answer is no.

Can you bring a spouse or friend to your appointment? Yes, as long as they are riding with you. Parking is limited.

Please don’t be put off by all the “high ticket” items. Lots of “smalls”! Not everything is pictured!

Don’t worry if you are not in the first group. This mansion is packed—2 story, 4-car garage, and full basement.

*****Don’t be put off by the high ticket items. This sale has LOTS of common items at great prices besides the fabulous, rare ones which are pictured and priced.

*******IMPORTANT—please READ!!!!!😑Due to time constraints, we were unable to clean, stage and price. Almost everything is unpriced! You have to dig through closets, drawers, cabinets, etc. We will price as you find. Your patience is appreciated. Please don’t expect to be in and out quickly.

When driving near the property, please exercise EXTREME CAUTION as much of the private road is barely one car width.
