Atelier Galerie opened in 1997 and is owned and operated by jeweler and SCAD alumna Phyllis Lang. She has successfully created a place in Savannah bringing together handcrafted jewelry designs by a variety of artists. Phyllis has been able to grow Atelier Galerie into a showcase of more than 35 different jewelers she knows personally. Lang takes the time to select each piece while working on her own collections.

🌙✨ On September 12, 2026, look toward the western evening sky after sunset for a beautiful celestial pairing. The thin Moon will appear close to Mercury, creating a lovely sight as the two worlds shine low above the horizon.
🔭 Mercury can be tricky to spot because it stays close to the Sun in our sky, so choose a location with a clear, unobstructed western horizon. Binoculars may help, but never use them while the Sun is still above the horizon.
🌌 The view will be brief, so head outside soon after sunset and enjoy this beautiful meeting of the Moon and the smallest planet in our solar system!
