Most people will never see Four Peaks from this angle. 🚁 Reaching the amethyst mine means flying deep into the mountains with an experienced pilot who knows this route so well, he could fly with his eyes closed. (But don’t worry, he keeps them open on our tours! 😆 )

There’s seeing Four Peaks Amethyst in a display case… and then there’s seeing where it actually comes from. 💜

High in the Mazatzal Mountains, the Four Peaks Amethyst Mine is where Arizona’s most iconic purple gemstone begins — still locked inside the mountain, before the cutting, polishing, and jewelry.

A limited number of guests get to experience the mine in person, arriving by helicopter and stepping into a place very few people will ever see.
