Crane Jewelers Curbside Pick Up and Delivery Protocols

To best maintain the health and safety of our customers and staff, we have created a plan to meet and exceed health protocols as laid out by the Governor’s office.

Health and safety:
Employees of Crane Jewelers are required to wear PPE (mask and gloves) during all interactions with customers. All interactions will be conducted using contactless pickup or delivery, maintaining a minimum 6 foot social distance unless barriers are in place.
All high touch areas are sanitized on a consistent basis throughout the day. Any equipment that is used by customers is sanitized both before and after each use.
All purchases are separated from high traffic employee areas to avoid unnecessary contact and sanitized prior to pick up or delivery.

Curbside pickup:
Call or email the office at your convenience to arrange for a curbside pickup. Once you have reached Downtown let us know that you have arrived and we will be waiting with your purchase. To maintain a barrier between you and our staff we can place your purchase in your trunk or back seat through the rear window.

Delivery:
If a delivery is preferred over the curbside pickup option please call or email the office to arrange for a time and place for delivery. Our staff will meet you with your purchase and make an in person exchange while maintaining 6 feet of distance to the best degree possible. To comply with the Governor’s guidance to “leave merchandise on a doorstep or other agreed upon location outside the business or residence” our staff will be using either a tray or box to place on a flat surface. This is done to best protect your purchase while maintaining safety protocols.
