⚠️ ATTENTION ⚠️

Saturday October 10, 2026 — today is NOT an open burn day, contrary to what is posted on the Josephine County website. Fire season is still in effect!

The website is computer generated and subject to inaccuracy. We are trying to reach a county representative to have the website corrected, but need to get the word out best we can.

Again, today is NOT a burn day. Fire season remains in effect until “adequate” season-ending rain allows ODF to lift restrictions. When it does it will be widely advertised across all media outlets.

To report an open burn call ODF at 541-471-3883, or 911.

FIRE SEASON IS HERE — AND WE CAN STILL WORK 🔥

Many homeowners are surprised to learn that while certain activities may be restricted for homeowners during fire season, licensed tree service companies operating under the proper permits and regulations can continue working safely and legally.

At Beeler’s Tree Service LLC, we obtain the necessary permits and follow all applicable fire season requirements, allowing us to continue providing professional tree care services when restrictions are in place.

🌲 Why does this matter?

When dangerous trees threaten your home, driveway, power lines, or structures, waiting until fire season ends may not be an option. Hazard trees don’t stop being dangerous just because restrictions are in place.

That’s why it’s important to hire a company that is:

✅ Licensed
✅ Bonded
✅ Insured
✅ Properly Permitted
✅ Equipped to Meet Fire Season Requirements
