Hello all! I know it’s been another hot minute since I’ve posted so I thought I’d share a necklace that I recently made. It sold this past weekend and unfortunately I only got the one photo. I found a beaded necklace at an antique shop last month and decided to take the chain and create my own pendant for it. I love how it turned out! It was fun pulling out the colors from the beads and finding flowers that matched.

I’ve only got a handful of shows left for the year and I will post an update about those this week. I’ve decided to cancel my show for this weekend so that I can get caught up on life a little and take a bit of a breather. I’m also happy to say that outdoor shows are finished for the year and that porta potty season is over! Woot! 🙌

Since I’m a glutton for punishment, I am pulling double duty this weekend! From Geneseo, Illinois today, I’ll be heading to Jefferson, Wisconsin tomorrow for a new to me market! Soooo, you know the drill! If you’re in the area, I would love for you to come on by! There looks to be quite a variety of vendors which always makes for a fun day shopping! Coming up tomorrow - State Street Market in Geneseo, Illinois! This will be my 6th appearance at this market and it is such a fun one! The weather looks like it’s going to be perfect so if you’re in or around the area, please be sure and stop by! And just a heads up, I’ve been moved from my normal location in the E block to booth number B6 down by the railroad tracks! Hopefully my regular customers can find me!

Another ‘new to me’ show! A friend of mine and I have talked about trying this one out for years and we’re finally doing it! In my 17 years of doing shows, I’ve honestly have never seen anything like it. We are in a little town in rural Wisconsin and there are twice as many vendors as there are residents. This may officially be the largest show I’ve ever done with over 1000 booths at the Warrens Cranberry Festival!

Just in case you’re in the area, I’m in booths 502b and 502c next to the Post Office. I’ll be here today, tomorrow and Sunday from 7 am - 5 pm.

* * Change of plans, ya’ll! * *

Due to the impending rain and storms in Rock Island, Illinois over the weekend, I have decided to cancel my appearance at the Greenwich Art Fair and have decided to stay closer to home and under cover!

Soooo, tomorrow you’ll find me in booth numbers 63 & 64 in the Chauncey Swan ramp in Iowa City! It’s apparently also ‘kids day’ so bring the munchkins along for some super fun activities they have planned!

And as an added BONUS my eldest daughter will also be there selling her beautiful artwork! Ella Wade

Well I sure didn’t have leaving with one vehicle for Little Falls, Minnesota and coming home with another on my bingo card and yet here we are! Driving hours away from home almost every weekend comes with risks and yesterday my time was up! Thankfully ‘it’ happened outside of Waterloo and I was able to turn on my hazards and hobble my way into the Toyota dealership where we purchased my van and they were able to put me into a different one. Thank the good Lord above for keeping me calm, cool, collected and sane!

Next stop…Greenwich Village Art Fair in Rockford, Illinois on Saturday and Sunday, September 19 & 20! Hoping and praying for no more Bingo Card moments for a good while now!

Day TWO and final day of Little Falls Arts & Craft Fair in Little Falls, Minnesota! It’s already been a busy morning and I will have several items to restock this week! Darn! 😉

I can’t remember if I’ve shared my newest clocks, but here they are! I love kitties (there are 7 at home that are near and dear to my heart) and gnomes are just plain cute and fun! I have several more clocks on the docket so stay tuned!
