Old Wisconsin Careers This page offers you a glimpse at our careers, culture, and value of our community.

Ever since the small beginnings as Thielmann's, a small sausage shop in Sheboygan, WI back in 1942, Old Wisconsin has become synonymous with quality sausage. Since Carl Buddig and Company acquired the business, we have been a family operation. We're exceptionally proud of our 'family of employees' and the commitment they show every day. We count on every person doing their job, as it is the key to the success of our business. We also pride ourselves on the long tenure we have with many of our employees.

We had a great time at Steamfest at UW-Green Bay, Sheboygan Campus! Thanks to everyone who stopped by our table.

We loved connecting with students, sharing what we do, and supporting hands-on learning right here in our community. We hope some of these bright minds will join the Old Wisconsin team in the future.

At Old Wisconsin, supporting our communities goes beyond the workplace.Together, our employees came together to collect essential items to help those impacted by the recent tornado.

From hygiene products and household essentials to food, cleaning supplies, and more, every donation reflects the care and compassion of our team. In addition to these collected items, we’re also donating Old Wisconsin products to help support families and individuals during this time.

Thank you to everyone who contributed and helped make this donation possible. Together, we can make a meaningful difference in our communities. ❤️🌪️
