To everyone currently in the thick of IVF meds, PIO shots, retrievals, transfers, and all the pokes… you’ve got this. 💪❤️

Here's what it actually costs:

🤱🏼 Nursing pads
🤱🏼 Nursing-friendly clothing
🤱🏼 Breast pump + replacement parts
🤱🏼 Milk storage bags
🤱🏼 Lactation consultant (IBCLC)
🤱🏼 Sunflower lecithin for clogged ducts
🤱🏼 Breastfeeding pillow
🤱🏼 Bottles for pumped milk
🤱🏼 Lactation teas, supplements, and snacks

And then there's the thing nobody puts a price tag on — your time.

8 to 12 sessions a day.

Every single day.

So no.

It is not free.

I have been having a hard time with this morning, sickness, nausea, and wondering if anybody has tried these motion, sickness, bracelets that act as acupuncture?
Also, any other tips would be great!
My intended parents sent me a great package of all sorts of goodies to help and these were in there and I’m really hoping they do!
