Days before my wedding, my custom choker necklace broke and I contacted ER Sawyer to see if they could assist. They emailed me back swiftly, even after hours (10pm), fixed my choker in 15 minutes, didn’t charge me a cent, and even cleaned my engagement ring and gifted me ring cleaner as a wedding gift. This store gives me hope for the future, even in our capitalist world. Special shout-out to Lynn, Leslie, and Christine for your help, generosity, and warmth.
