Spartek is hiring an experienced Injection Molding Manager to lead our molding operations in Sparta, Wisconsin.

This role comes with something that can be hard to find in manufacturing: real support from day one. You’ll have the trust to lead your department, a leadership team invested in your success, and a structured transition with our current Molding Manager staying full-time through December 2026 and available part-time afterward if needed.

You’ll oversee a team of 20 across 11 injection molding presses ranging from 28 to 1,500 tons, with responsibility for technical leadership, team development, process improvement, quality, safety, and overall production performance.

As a family-owned manufacturer with more than 70 years of history, Spartek continues to invest in the people and equipment that keep us moving forward.

What started with vacuum metallizing has grown into a 150,000-square-foot operation with injection molding, advanced metallizing, automation, and custom manufacturing capabilities under one roof.

Spartek was proud to attend and sponsor the 7 Rivers Lean Consortium’s 10th Annual Lean Symposium this week.

The event brought together professionals focused on Lean and Continuous Improvement for practical sessions on topics like Value Stream Mapping, PDCA problem solving, and leading teams through change.

Continuous improvement is an important part of how we operate at Spartek, so we appreciated the opportunity to learn, connect with others in the industry, and bring new ideas back to our team.

We’re hiring an experienced Injection Molding Manager to lead our molding operations in Sparta, Wisconsin, and this isn’t a role where you’ll be handed a department and expected to figure everything out on your own.

At Spartek, you’ll have the support of a leadership team that wants you to succeed, the autonomy to truly run your operation, and something that’s increasingly rare in manufacturing: a real transition period. Our outgoing Molding Manager will remain full-time through December 2026 and is willing to continue supporting the role part-time after that if needed.
