Job Summary: Operations & Sales Support
(Part-Time)

Location: In-store

Schedule: 24–32 hours/week (3–4 days, Tuesday–Saturday, 9–5, flexible as needed)

Benefits: Tuition reimbursement

Key Responsibilities:

➖Operations Support
Assist with daily tasks (receiving/shipping merchandise, ticketing, jewelry repairs, cleaning)
Answer phones professionally and take messages
Support Office Manager in operations and client services
Maintain compliance with inventory procedures
Keep sales floor and back office organized and stocked
Use Microsoft Office, especially Excel
Learn jewelry terminology and designers

➖Sales Support
Greet clients and provide luxury service during busy times
Help prepare selling floor and maintain visual standards
Assist before/after events and trunk shows (some evenings/Saturdays)

➖Requirements:
2–4 years of retail/sales experience, including admin and merchandising
Strong organizational and communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
Flexible, detail-oriented, and able to multitask
Authorized to work in the U.S.
Must pass background and drug tests

➖Ideal Candidate:
Fashion/style savvy
Enjoys working with people
Self-starter interested in learning the fine jewelry business
Comfortable with non-commissioned role
