Hello, I’m Love.

For those who are new here, I thought I’d reintroduce myself.

I’m a Door County native, mother of four daughters, artist, writer, and the owner of Reclaimed & Co. Jewelry.

Over the last decade, I’ve built a business from the ground up, turning a creative hobby at my kitchen table into a storefront, a career, and a life I genuinely love. Today I design and create jewelry in downtown Sturgeon Bay, often using salvaged and unexpected materials, because I’ve always believed that things with a history have the most interesting stories to tell.

My daughters have grown up alongside this business, and they remain my greatest source of inspiration. Watching them become remarkable young women has been the privilege of my life.

I’m passionate about creativity, good design, old things with stories, and the idea that our beginnings don’t determine our endings. Some of my proudest accomplishments aren’t business-related at all—they’re the challenges I’ve overcome, the life I’ve built, and the people I’ve raised.

When I’m not making jewelry, you’ll usually find me treasure hunting, writing, soaking up the sun on a backroad beach, rearranging the shop for the hundredth time, or dreaming up the next project before I’ve finished the current one.

HELP WANTED — RETAIL SALES ASSOCIATE
Part-Time 16–20 Hours Per Week - alternating Saturdays*

Reclaimed & Co. Jewelry is looking for someone kind, thoughtful, dependable, and naturally welcoming to join our small team.

This position is about far more than sales. We are looking for someone who understands how to create a calm, beautiful experience for every person who walks through our doors — someone who notices details, values meaningful conversation, and genuinely enjoys helping people find pieces they connect with.

Our shop is rooted in creativity, sustainability, artistry, and community. We work with salvaged materials, heirloom pieces, and handmade jewelry created in-house, and we care deeply about maintaining a space that feels inspiring, warm, and intentional.

Responsibilities include:
• Assisting customers with jewelry sales and styling
• Maintaining a clean and beautiful showroom
• Packaging orders and helping with inventory
• Light social media assistance and customer communication
• Supporting the overall flow of the studio and retail space

We are looking for someone who:
• Is warm, emotionally intelligent, and professional
• Communicates thoughtfully and carries themselves with care
• Has a strong sense of personal responsibility and initiative
• Appreciates art, design, fashion, and storytelling
• Works well independently and as part of a small team
• Retail experience is wonderful, but not required for the right person

This is a lovely position for someone who values creativity, connection, and being part of something meaningful.

What a beautifully busy Memorial Day weekend.

We are deeply grateful for every person who stopped in, shopped small, shared kind words, brought friends, or supported our little business in any way over the last few days. Weekends like this are made possible by a very hardworking small team pouring their hearts into this space.

Tomorrow — Wednesday — our shop will be CLOSED so our staff can rest, reset, and recover after a full holiday weekend.

We’ll reopen refreshed and ready to welcome you back soon. Thank you, always, for keeping small businesses like ours going. 🤍
